Kylie Jenner Set To Be World’s Youngest Billionaire
Good luck keeping up with the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
If you are in the race to be crowned "world’s youngest billionaire" stop reading and get cracking.
Because Forbes estimates Kylie Jenner is set to trot past the billion-dollar mark at age 21, without breaking a sweat.
The feat would make the half-sister of Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian the youngest ever self-made billionaire in history.
While the Kardashian name is synonymous with urging the world to try and “keep up”, it’s the youngest member of the Jenner side of America’s de facto royal family that’s briskly stockpiled enough wealth to make a small country’s GDP blush.
Her company Kylie Cosmetics was founded in 2016 and is now estimated to be worth just under $US800 million. Jenner owns 100 per cent of the company.
Factoring in TV appearances and endorsement deals, a conservative estimate by Forbes places her current worth at $US900 million.
It is predicted a further 12 months of growth will take her past $US1 billion.
Comparatively, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg took until the ripe old age of 23 to convert his millions into billions.
On the cover of its August issue, Forbes heralded Jenner’s rise as a “welcome to the era of extreme fame leverage”.
