Teenager Charged With Murder After Alleged Sydney Scientology Stabbing
A teenage boy has been charged with murder after a Church of Scientology member was allegedly stabbed to death at the organisation's Australasian headquarters on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
The Taiwanese national, 24, was allegedly stabbed in the neck with a 25cm long kitchen knife while escorting the 16-year-old down the driveway after he was asked to leave the Chatswood premises on Friday.
The victim died in hospital later that day.
A 30-year-old man also injured in the attack has been discharged after being treated for minor injuries.
The boy has now been charged with murder, common assault (DV), common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray.
He's been refused bail to appear at a Children's Court on Saturday.
