Woman Fighting For Life After Step-Son Attacked Her With Nail Gun
A woman is now in hospital in western Sydney fighting for life.
The 50-year-old woman was treated for cuts to her face at a Bonnyrigg Heights home on Tuesday night before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition for surgery.
The woman was struck twice in the head with projectiles from the gun during an altercation with her 20-year-old step-son at their Bonnyrigg Heights home about 10.30pm.
She was rushed to Liverpool Hospital for emergency surgery and is now in a critical condition.
The 20-year-old fled the house but was arrested early on Wednesday morning.
He has been charged over the attack and will appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Thursday.
