Woman Charged After Student Stabbing At South Australian High School
Women charged over stabbing of 17-year-old girl at a South Australian high school.
A woman has been charged after a schoolgirl was stabbed at a South Australian school on Tuesday.
Emergency services were called to Renmark High School, in the Riverland, just before 2.40pm to reports of a stabbing.
A 17-year-old girl was flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with a stab would to the back, where she remains in a serious but stable condition.
The 18-year-old woman, also reportedly a student at the school, has been charged with aggravated assault causing serious harm.
She was also flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment of a medical condition.
She will face a bedside hearing on Wednesday July 25.
