Snorkeller Drowns At Kiama Blowhole, Three Injured
A man has drowned on the NSW south coast and others are being treated by paramedics near the popular Kiama Blowhole tourist attraction.
The 33-year-old snorkeller drowned near the blowhole after midday on Monday, a NSW Ambulance spokesman told AAP.
Four people are believed to have been snorkelling in the water when the man got into difficulty, police said.
He was winched from the water but could not be revived.
Another man was taken to Shellharbour Hospital following the incident and two other people were treated at the scene.
