One Of The Royal Family Has Just Landed A Big Modelling Deal

And no it's not Meghan Markle.

It's Lady Amelia Windsor -- Harry and William's 23-year-old cousin,  38th-in-line to the British throne.

She is the granddaughter of the Queen’s first cousin The Duke of Kent.

And for those who want the whole lineage, her father is George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews, and her mother is academic Sylvana Tomaselli.

A student at the University of Edinburgh, she also models on the side and has worked for Dolce & Gabbana  as well as being a contributing editor at Tatler magazine.

This new role though marks her first foray in the world of make-up with cosmetics brand Illamasqua, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

A statement from the company said: “Illamasqua has chosen British model Amelia Windsor to front the campaign accompany The Reign of Rock launch, in what will be her first ever beauty contract.”

Amelia posted the big news on Instagram to her 75,000 followers.

She wrote: “I’m so excited to be a part of @illamasqua’s 10-year anniversary.

“Famed for their unconventional approach to beauty, Illamasqua are celebrating their 10-year anniversary with a brand new, limited edition rock inspired collection, launching on the 10th October.

“Amazing makeup by: @pablo_rodriguez_makeup. #TheReignofRock #illamasqua #wonderland”

Some fans were quick to praise the shot she posted:

"Holy makeup, you look stunning. You have Bette davis eyes. You look so regal" wrote one.

However, not everyone was a fan of her look.

One wrote: “Gorgeous but better without all that makeup.”

Wonder what Harry and Wills will think.
