Well it's time to dust off the old workout gear, ‘cos the Insta-worthy gym that boasts celebrity attendees like Kim Kardashian, Adriana Lima, Jessica Biel, and David Beckham is finally hitting our Aussie shores.

Barry’s Bootcamp -- the 55-minute HIIT class that has long been a favourite with Hollywood’s elite and the regime reportedly a pre-runway ready choice among Victoria’s Secret angels -- will be opening in Sydney this September.

With its booming beats and club-like mood lighting that’s more reminiscent of a trendy bar than your local gym, Barry's offers an intense workout for those who want to break a sweat and see results, with the cult-followed classes burning up to 1000 calories a session while toning muscle and incinerating fat.

“The Barry’s brand and workout have become an iconic part of the fitness industry in the United States and London. Barry’s is a fitness and lifestyle brand, and we want to bring that unique experience to Australia,” says Barry’s Australia Head of Operations, Heston Russell.

The state-of-the-art gyms will also offer high-end changing facilities, premium grooming products, as well as Barry's signature post-sweat hangout, ‘Fuel Bar,’  that serves up protein-packed shakes and post-workout smoothies.

“The Barry’s model is based on delivering an unrivalled fitness product paired with a concierge-style client experience,” added Russell.

Three Barry's studios will open in three locations from September including Surry Hills, Martin Place and another expected in Melbourne next year.
