Former Bachie Hunk Tim Robards Is Returning to 'Neighbours'

Ramsay Street just got a whole lot hotter!

He had us transfixed as the ever-so-suave, wealthy hotelier Pierce Greyson, now former Bachelor Tim Robards is becoming a permanent fixture on our fave soap series!

Yep, that's right. Last time we saw Pierce, he had rolled into town to invest in Erinsborough’s coveted Lassiters complex, and instead fell for bombshell Chloe Brennan (Tara Rose Pengilly). But with Chloe now setting her sights on her brother's fiancée Elly (Jodi Anasta), things are about to get even messier with the return of Pierce!

And while Tim -- who married the gorgeous Anna Heinrich last year -- was careful not to give away any secrets of what his return might mean for Ramsay Street, he did say he was super keen to rejoin the Neighbours fam.

“I am super excited to be returning to Neighbours full time… it means I didn’t totally crash and burn my first major acting role," he said.

When I started on set, the first few weeks were like the first few seconds of jumping out of a plane…you forget to breathe while everything is coming at you 100 miles an hour. But then I settled in and really started to enjoy it, but it flew by so quickly. I can’t wait to be back on set at Ramsay Street with the amazing cast and really sink my teeth into the character of Pierce.

And while it means the star will have to travel back and forth to Melbourne from his Sydney digs, he assured us that wife Anna is just as excited for her new hubby to return to his popular role.

“Commuting back and forth to Melbourne and Sydney isn’t going to be easy but I have the most supportive wife in Anna and we both are fully committed to supporting each other’s careers,” Tim added.

Tim will appear back on Australian television screens from late May 2019 -- and tbh, we can't wait!

Neighbours airs 6.30 Weeknights on 10 Peach And WIN Network.
