I'm A Celebrity 2019: The Celebs Sob As Notes From Home Arrive

Usually when the celebs are sobbing it’s because of a particularly grisly Tucker Trial but on Sunday they each received a different kind of surprise.

It’s been several weeks since the celebs arrived in the jungle, and in that time they’ve been cut off from friends, family and even furry loved ones.

Each celeb read out a letter from loved ones to another celeb in the camp and almost immediately the tears began flowing. And not just in the camp.

“To see everybody so vulnerable, because I think we’ve all been quite tough in here,” Angie said, “it was so beautiful.”

While many of the letters were heart-wrenchingly emotional, there were also a few cheeky ones in there, including the revelation that queen of the daytime soaps is also a huge fan of stripping down at home!

“I love being naked,” Katherine Kelly Lang admitted, “I run around the house naked. I can’t wait to get home and like rip my clothes off and just be naked and free!”

There were plenty of laughs among the tears, but one thing’s for sure, it was great to see our celebs having a piece of home all the way out in the jungle.

“Grown men were crying like babies tonight,” Yvie said, “and it was beautiful to watch.”

Richard also added, “It really just solidified not only that we have so much support and love for one another but it’s kind of the beginning of the end.”

As we inch closer to the final episodes we begin to say farewell to one celeb each day until only one will be crowned king or queen of the jungle.
