Kit Harrington Ruined The 'Game Of Thrones' Ending For Wife Rose Leslie

It's a move that could have been grounds for divorce.

Game Of Thrones actor Kit Harrington decided it would be a good idea to tell his wife and co-star Rose Leslie how the whole damn show ends months ahead of the series finale.

Producers of the HBO drama have gone to spectacular lengths to keep the final season secret,  including attack drones to shoot down paparazzi cameras and paperless scripts stored on secure iPads -- all so we can be left reeling in shock when the last ep finally drops.

But the Jon Snow actor decided he'd bypass all those crafty precautions and ruin the whole show for Leslie, who (spoiler!) hasn't been part of the cast since 2014.

“I told my wife last year how it ended, and she wouldn’t talk to me for about three days,” he told UK radio hosts Tom Green and Daisy Maskell.

Three whole days! Which is actually a good indicator of how juicy the ending really is.

Harrington promised that he only told Leslie because "she asked" but he probably should have known better than that, tbh.

The actor added that it was quite odd to be one of the few human beings walking around with the knowledge of how Game of Thrones will wrap up after eight years.

“It’s quite nice walking around, which will only happen for a few months before everyone’s seen it, knowing. I know and no one else does. I know how it wraps up. I think it’s gonna be groundbreaking," he said.

Harrington was careful not to spill any more spoilers about the ending but said he doesn't know how to feel about the final ep.

“I can’t really answer whether I’m happy or not,” he said.

“I don’t think it’s about happy or sad, really. I’m satisfied with what they did, but I don’t know whether I’ll be really satisfied until I see it.”

The final season of Game of Thrones airs on April  14.
