Looking fabulous in a sequined rainbow dress, Jess gave the Studio 10 fam the hot goss on what's been happening since she farewelled the show back in April.

"It's so lovely to see everyone again, life's good!" she said. "It's great being with the girls and being able to take them to school. Although [daughter] Allegra has told me she wants to be a Victoria's Secret model or forensic psychologist!" she laughed.

And while the girls are loving having mum around to take them to school, she joked that husband Peter Overton was already sick of her being around so much.

"I'm driving Petey bananas because I'm ruining his routine!" she laughed, adding that her notoriously lacklustre cooking is yet to improve.

So what else has Jess been up to since Studio 10? Oh, just meeting Meghan and Harry -- you know, the usual.

"I was working with a beautiful organisation called Kookaburra Kids, and the kids were there to meet the royals," she said, adding. "I was standing behind them like a meerkat! I got to shake their hands, it was incredible."

"I couldn't help saying to Meghan, 'You are so inspiring to women! You're amazing!' She was just fabulous," she added.

The group were later joined by regulars including Matty Burke, Sandra Sully, Matty J and more. To top off the celebrations, series regular Johnny Ruffo also dropped some seriously amazing news -- his cancer is in remission!

Viewers were also treated to performances by Aussie icons Greg Arnold and Shannon Noll.

What a party!

Studio 10 airs 8.30 weekday mornings on 10 and 10 play.
