Rejoice! The Veronica Mars Revival Is Officially Happening

After entering talks for a new season with Hulu back in August, the 'Veronica Mars' revival is officially ON, dear readers.

Announcing the news on social media, Kristen Bell -- who stars as the titular character, duh -- said that all three previous seasons would be available to stream on the US platform, and that it was time for a rewatch, because the show was officially returning next year.

"This is a very important Marshmallow announcement," she began.

"Did you guys know that as of summer 2019, all the old Veronica Mars episodes will be available on Hulu, to stream, and rewatch?

"Which is great," she continued, "'coz you'll need to brush up, since we're MAKING ANOTHER ONE!"

According to Variety, the new season is set to debut next year, and will be eight episodes. Here's the deal on the new season:

Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the parents of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into a mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.

Honestly, it's almost as if someone gave us a pony.
