Denise Richards Is Going To Save Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

The rumours are true...

Huns, it's official.

Denise Richards is joining the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the upcoming ninth season, something which I have personally been manifesting in my life for three years.

Confirming the news to People magazine, Denise said: “I am so excited to join the cast of [RHOBH] as I am a huge fan of the show.”

She added that she was “looking forward to spending time with all the ladies" and hoped to meet Dorit's pal Boy George, who is managed by Dorit's husband PK.

After three mostly forgettable seasons (with the exclusion of THAT DINNER PARTY FIGHT in Hong Kong), Denise is set to reinvigorate the cast, as anyone who remembers the mum-of-three's last venture into reality TV would know.

Back in 2008, after Denise's high profile split from Charlie Sheen, the Wild Things actress starred in her own E! reality series, Denise Richards: It's Complicated.

In the scene graciously clipped by living legend Matt -- aka Pop Culture Died in 2009 -- we saw Denise Richards go into a meeting to plead her case to a tabloid editor.

Despite her intention to remain calm and make peace, Denise went from 0-100 real quick, called the woman a c**t and stormed out.

That, my friends, is a reality TV icon.

Aside from being a literal Bond girl, a former tabloid queen and the star of some truly iconic '90s films, if her own series is anything to go by then it's only a matter of time before she clashes with some of the established Beverly Hills ladies who are perhaps a little too comfortable (ahem, LVP, Kyle I am LOOKING AT YOU), or before she takes the reigning ice queen Erika down a peg or two.

Truly, Denise is here to save us all.
