Logies 2018: Lisa Wilkinson Is A Mother Of Three And She's Ready To Party

It's her party and she'll Logie if she wants to.

The stars of The Project were looking absolutely stunning on the red carpet on Sunday night for the 60th annual TV Week Logie Awards, and for some it's set to be a big night.

For the first time in YEARS Lisa Wilkinson won't be on the early morning shift, meaning she can kick up her heels and celebrate TV's night of nights.

"I am a mother of three who is ready to party," Lisa told Angela Bishop on the red carpet -- instantly inventing the best catchphrase of all time.

It can be difficult doing the morning shift after the epic Logie after parties, something Lisa is a little familiar from the now infamous Today broadcast from 2009 where she hosted alongside a "partied-out" Karl.

Lisa wasn't the only mum there, with Carrie Bickmore showing off her baby bump after recently announcing her pregnancy on Instagram.

"I can have a great time sober," Carrie said before adding, "You watch, I'll be the last one standing... albeit probably in my slippers."

Hopefully Carrie's ongoing morning sickness (which rudely happens at every hour and not just the morning) takes a break so she can kick up her heels and enjoy the night without having to sit too close to the loos.

Carrie, Lisa and Waleed also put down their bets on who they wanted to see take out the big award of the evening, the Gold Logie.

While both Carrie and Lisa were crossing their fingers for The Living Room's Amanda Keller, Waleed thought the recent momentum behind Tom Gleeson's #Denyer4Gold campaign had pushed him to the head of the pack.
