Oh Yes Henny Netflix's Queer Eye Is Back In June

Another eight episodes will drop early next month.

In the "YAASSS" heard round the world on Friday Netflix announced that more episodes of their Queer Eye reboot would be just around the corner.

One of the best surprises of the last few months, the streaming service's reboot of the much loved Queer Eye for the Straight Guy was an unexpected joy that shot the new fab five into immediate stardom.

Five queer men descended on Georgia selecting dudes in need of a little bit of a makeover -- physically, spiritually and mentally -- bringing some laughs, tears and like... a lot more tears. Seriously if you did not cry in Episode 4 you're a monster.

Bobby Berk (interior design), Tan France (fashion), Jonathan Van Ness (grooming), Karamo Brown (culture) and Antoni Porowski (avocados) became household names after the first season of eight episodes launched earlier this year.

While the original series kept the makeovers mostly surface level, Netflix's relaunch seemed to attempt to go just that little bit deeper, trying to probe at not just the lives of the men featured in the episode but broader cultural conversations.

There were also actual investigations into if the ridiculously handsome food guru Antoni could actually cook. It was a world obsessed.

A few of the men featured in the show also became viral news machines, like Tom from the first episode, whose on-again-off-again relationship with his now wife-again Abby stole the hearts of audiences everywhere.

The second batch of eight episodes sees the boys returning to Georgia for another round of makeovers, catchphrases and "supreme" grapefruits and will drop globally June 15.
