Nicki Minaj Tells Ellen She Isn't Mad At Travis Scott, She Wanted To Punch Him In The F***ing Face

She also talked about single life and some surprising facts about her sex life.

Nicki Minaj wants you to know she's not mad, she's not mad at all.

The Queen recording artist has been in the headlines lately following the release of her latest album which debuted in the US in the number two spot behind Travis Scott's Astroworld.

Minaj took to Twitter to express her frustration at the charts, saying Scott was selling merch to inflate his numbers as well as calling out Scott's girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

This week Minaj stopped by Ellen DeGeneres' show to chat Queen and all things Travis Scott where she claimed she wasn't angry.

"Why do people say things like 'upset' or 'angry'? When someone says how they feel they're not always upset or angry," Minaj told DeGeneres on Tuesday.

She then clarified that what she really wanted was to "punch [Scott] in his f**king face". So definitely not upset or angry.

Again citing the idea that Scott's sales plan of attaching his album to tour passes and merchandise was the reason his album "outsold" hers, Minaj said it was a matter of fairness.

"When you have a No. 2 album to someone who is selling shirts and merch and selling passes for a tour that's not even announced yet, it feels like you're being tricked," she said.

"It feels like someone is playing a game and beating you at a game as opposed to just selling music. I want to sell music."

She also spoke about the racial implications of being labelled an "angry black woman" simply for standing up for herself telling DeGeneres, "It's almost like we're not allowed to defend ourselves or stand up for ourselves and I'm not going to have that."

Minaj also spoke about her sex life, telling Ellen "If you see them once or twice a week, then yeah, three times a night,” adding, “When I see you, three times a night! And if you can’t hang, goodbye. You’re not wasting my time."

And if you can't hang? That's alright with Nicki as she added, "I’m finally learning who I am, and I love myself, everything I do now isn’t about pleasing some man, and that makes me feel so empowered."
