Pink Cancels Sydney ‘Beautiful Trauma’ Show Due To Illness
The star announced the news over Twitter.
Pink announced on Thursday that due to illness, she will no longer be performing her Sydney show on Friday, August 3rd.
Posting the news on Twitter, the singer said:
"Hi my Sydney friends. It is with great frustration that I bring you this news : (Friday’s show will be postponed. I was hoping a couple of days of rest would help me kick this sick, but not at the speed I was hoping for. I appreciate your well wishes and understanding + I’m sorry.”
She then asked fans for recommendations on health foods to combat her sickness.
The singer -- real name Alecia Moore -- was set to perform the first of nine Sydney shows as part of her Beautiful Trauma Tour at Qudos Bank Arena on Friday.
There's no word yet on the rest of the Sydney shows however, promoter Live Nation will announce the rescheduled date via their website and social media once it's available.
The 38-year-old arrived Down Under last month with her husband Carey Hart and two kids, Willow Sage and Jameson Moon, as part of her mammoth 35 show run in Australia.
