Cardi B And Offset Split After One Year Of Marriage

Cardi B revealed over Instagram that she and the Migos rapper have called it quits.

Just four months after welcoming their first child, daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, the 'I Like It' rapper has spilled in an Instagram video that she and Offset are "not together anymore."

Appearing in a red wig in a video posted to her 'gram, the 26-year-old said:

"So everybody been bugging me and everything and you know, I've been trying to work things out with my baby father for a hot minute now and we're really good friends and you know we're really good business partners," she explained. "He's always somebody that I run to talk to and we got a lot of love for each other but things just haven't been working out between us for a long time and it's nobody's fault."

The 26-year-old breakout star continued, "I guess we grew out of love, but we're not together anymore. I don't know. It might take time to get a divorce and I'm gonna always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter's father and yeah."

The shock split comes after apparent texts from Offset to a woman named Summer Bunni showed him wanting to participate in a threesome with him and rapper Cuban Doll.

If the texts are legit, it wouldn't be the first time the 'Bad and Boujee' rapper has been accused of cheating on Cardi, with rumours he had been with other women following their engagement.

“Every single day there’s rumors about me and my dude. And it almost drives me crazy, because I start to believe them. I don’t have no proof. I don’t have receipts. But I just got to know my man,” Cardi said in a W Magazine cover story in October.

“We practically on the phone 24 hours a day. If I can’t find him, I’m going to find his friend. Somebody going to answer the phone,” Cardi said of her marriage, adding she tries not to listen to the negativity. “But I cannot be feeling insecure, to a point that I would drive my dude away, because these people want that to happen.”

Some fans, however, are skeptical of the timing of the break-up, as Offset’s debut solo album is dropping in less than two weeks.

Meanwhile, Summer Bunni -- the woman at the centre of Offset's threesome scandal -- has spoken out over Instagram apologising for her actions and speaking out on the harassment she's received since the news was made public.

"Goodmorning, a quick letter to the fans, followers and social media outlets. During the last 48 hours, I haven't enjoyed the social media frenzy," she wrote.

"Not only is it draining but humbling. I will always be woman enough to admit when I'm wrong, and in this situation I was. Seeing another woman's pain does not bring me joy, nor do I think it's funny. I've always been for women supporting each other but in this situation, not only myself but others have failed."

Summer added, "I separated myself from certain situations and people for a reason. This is not a letter for sympathy but acknowledgement to everyone whom has questions. Going into 2019 focused and dedicated to becoming a better me. Thank y'all- Summer."

Cardi began dating Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, in October 2017. He proposed to her within weeks and the pair wed last June, a month before the birth of their daughter.
