Martha Stewart Regretfully Informs Us That Uber Is CANCELLED

Martha Stewart has been a tastemaker for longer than most Instagram influencers have been alive, and today, she's informed us that Uber is over, done, cancelled!

Yes, that's right. We're all going to have to find a new method of transport home after a boozy night out, because the culture queen herself dragged Uber all the way down to hell, and we're sure this will lead to the company announcing its bankruptcy in mere HOURS from now. Her impact!

After taking her "very first Uber" ever -- and "the most expensive" one, at that, Martha had what sounds like a terrible experience from start to finish.

First, she recounted that she wanted to be picked up "on Fifth Avenue and 57th street in front of Tiffany's", but her first Uber was a no show, and when the second arrived 10 minutes later, they "parked halfway down 57th street where [she] could not see the license plate".

Once in the Uber, she realised they "were facing east when [she] had to go west and south", which meant that it "took [20] minutes to face south west". All in all, Martha was less than pleased with the trip, which took over an hour.

"On top of it all the car was a mess inside and out!!!!!!!!" she exclaimed, adding: "And I want Uber to succeed!"

Martha to Uber:

Anyway, that's that on that! Uber is over, sorry!
