The Veronicas' Jess Origliasso Accuses Ruby Rose Of 'Harrassment'

Veronicas singer Jess Origliasso has told former partner Ruby Rose to back off after she commented on her new relationship.

Jess posted a photo of her embracing new partner -- Kai Carlton -- on social media over the weekend alongside the caption: "luckiest".

Ruby Rose -- who dated Origliasso for two years -- then thought it would be a good idea to comment on the pic, writing: "Congratulations! So happy for you both".

However, Jess was less than happy about her ex weighing in -- making it clear she thought the comment was inappropriate.

"I have requested you not contact me for over [four months] now," she wrote back to Rose.

"You have been given my grace of being ignored on every other private platform, so the fact you continue to ignore this to contact me here publicly under the guise of wishing me well, is continued harassment," she stated.

Ruby Rose fans and Veronicas fans are now fighting it out in the comments with both sides seemingly only agreeing on one thing -- that it's probably for the best the pair split up in the first place.

The pair confirmed their breakup earlier this year following reported tension between Rose and Lisa Origliasso during the same-sex marriage postal survey last year.

After Australia said 'Yes' to marriage equality -- Rose took a swipe at her then-partner's sister in a tweet that has since been deleted.

“So glad to see Lisa Origliasso screaming in excitement about the yes vote after telling us she thinks we should feel ‘lucky’ we don’t get stoned to death like they do in other countries and to get over it a few months ago.

"Really warms my heart,” Ruby wrote.

Rose -- who is set to star as the first openly gay Batwoman in the new CW series -- has since replied to Jess' request to leave her alone.

"That is news to me," she wrote. "Copy that. Good vibes only".
