Armie Hammer Is PISSED That Fans Are Posting Their Selfies With Stan Lee

Following the death of Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee, celebs and fans alike did what most do in this day and age to pay tribute -- they posted a snap of themselves with the late star.

The abundance of selfie tributes from celebs -- including Hugh Jackman, Robert Downey Jr., Kevin Smith and Tom Holland -- seems to have royally pissed off actor Armie Hammer.

Like, a lot.

Voicing his disapproval over Twitter, he ranted, "So touched by all of the celebrities posting pictures of themselves with Stan Lee... no better way to commemorate an absolute legend than putting up a picture of yourself."

People were immediately perplexed over the 32-year-old's kind of random outburst, with many pointing out that people put up selfies with those who have passed as, you know, a nice memory.

When one follower responded to Hammer with, "what else are you supposed to do when someone dies Armie?" he hit back with, "If your answer is 'post a selfie' then I think we need a cultural revamp across the board."

Of course, everyone began dragging him to hell, with many basically calling him out for being a major d*ck when people were just trying to pay homage to someone they admired. Some users also made a fair point in saying that by schooling everyone else on how to grieve "properly", he's already made Lee's death about himself.

It's all really quite wild, tbh.

Who knows why Armie has his knickers in a knot over the heartfelt tributes.

Maybe he was jealous that he didn't have a good enough selfie with Stan to post? Or perhaps he had a really unsatisfying lunch and is taking it out on the world???

We may never know.
