Pete Davidson Didn't Send Photos Of Ariana To Mac Miller

The rumour mill has been in overdrive since TMZ reported earlier this week that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson had called off their engagement and ended their relationship.

One of the nastier rumours circulating social media was that Pete had been texting Ariana's late ex-boyfriend Mac Miller "intimate photos" of himself with Ari, in order to squash any hopes Mac had of reuniting with the singer.

Mac Miller died of an apparent overdose last month, with many sources reporting that Ariana took the news of his death very hard.

The rumour -- which supposedly came from TMZ -- went on to say that Ariana dumped Pete after finding out about the photos.

The thing is... TMZ hasn't published anything of the sort. They did say that Mac's death was a contributing factor to the pair's split, but that's... it.

BuzzFeed News also said that a source told them that the rumour was "simply untrue".

Ariana has spent the week diving head-first into work, staying busy with the taping of Wicked's 15th anniversary special, with a source telling People magazine: "She’s staying strong and focusing on work right now, but her friends and family are definitely worried about her."

The source went on to say that the breakup has been "really hard for both of them" but that the couple is "very unpredictable" and that a reconciliation isn't out of the question.

“It’s over for now but in a few days it wouldn’t be shocking to see them all over each other again,” they said.

So... that's pretty much that, and remember, always check for a receipt before you retweet!
