Gal Gadot Visits Children's Hospital As Wonder Woman, Is IRL Superhero
We love a hero!
Kids at the Inova Children's Hospital in Annandale Virginia got a super surprise over the weekend as Gal Gadot payed them a visit.
While a regular visit is often a major event for some hospitals, Gadot decided to take things up a notch, spending time visiting patients and staff while wearing her official Wonder Woman garb.
Staff shared pics of the visit as Gadot toured the facility looking completely glamorous while wearing full battle armour, like only Wonder Woman can. One of the doctors at Inova captioned an image thanking Gadot for the visit saying, "the kids loved it... and so did the staff".
Despite the celebrity stopover some of the reactions on social media will warm your heart even more with several responding to Pediatric Heart Surgeon Dr. Lucas Collazo as just as much of a hero as Gadot.
Gadot is currently filming the Wonder Woman sequel, Wonder Woman 84, which will be unsurprisingly set in 1984, with Gadot and director Patty Jenkins sharing first-look images of the follow-up to the major box office success.
Jenkins also shared images of Gadot's co-stars which will include Kristen Wiig as Barbara Minerva, who will turn into one of Diana Prince's major foes: Cheetah.
The film will also see the return of Steve Trevor, played by Chris Pine, but how Trevor's character has managed not to age since 1917, AND how he survived the events of the first film will be a mystery until the film is released in November 2019.
