Ariana Grande And Pete Davidson Might Be Engaged After Dating For A Few Weeks

We've found leftovers in the fridge older than this relationship.

In the same time it takes us to pick what to watch on Netflix, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have gone from rumoured to be dating to engaged.

Yep, People are reporting that Ariana and SNL's Davidson are engaged after just going Insta-official a few weeks ago.

According to a "source close to the couple" (so take this with a grain of salt as big as Ari's ponytail) the pair have "recently" become engaged. That makes sense considering they only "recently" started dating.

"It’s a recent engagement. They’re just two people who found love quickly and make each other happy all the time."

"They both started talking about it this past weekend," the source told People. "It’s nothing they’ve been hiding".

Here's a quick wrap of just how speedy this has all gone.

In May the news broke that Ariana had ended things with boyfriend of two years Mac Miller. "Unconditional love is not selfish," she wrote on an Instagram story pic of herself and Miller, "It is wanting the best for that person even if at the moment, it's not you."

Just a few days later Pete also confirmed his split with Cazzie David, saying, "She'll be great and she'll be fine. Yeah, I think she'll be okay".

Then, just twelve days after Ariana had announced the split with Miller, Us Weekly reported she and Pete had "just started" casually dating on May 22.

About the same time the "casually dating" report surfaced so did the MATCHING TATTOOS. You know. Casual.

Pete also got TWO more tattoos dedicated to Ari.

Finally, on May 30 -- after the pair had teased the internet with caption flirting -- they went "Insta official" which is a real thing now in 2018.

Now, just over a week later, the pair are reportedly engaged and while People weren't able to get a comment from either of their reps, Ari did like the following on Twitter:

She also ended the evening with this:

Ok. Bye.
