Three Years Later Beyoncé Fans Are Still Trolling Kid Rock

The Beyhive never forgets.

One of the most visible ways to fire back at a celebrity that infuriates a fanbase has become trolling their Instagram comments with a particular emoji.

You've probably seen it happen with the likes of Taylor Swift, who was inundated with the snake emoji after her breakup with Calvin Harris.

Someone incredibly well acquainted with the emoji swarm troll is, surprisingly, Kid Rock who has been enduring it for OVER THREE YEARS.

Yep, after he made some pretty crappy comments regarding queen of the universe Beyoncé, Rock's Instagram has been flooded with bee emojis since 2015.

In an interview with Rolling Stone from February 2015 Rock decided to take on one of the most mobilised fan bases -- the Beyhive -- by saying he's "flabbergasted" by the worship of Beyoncé .

"Beyoncé, to me, doesn't have a fucking 'Purple Rain,' but she's the biggest thing on Earth. How can you be that big without at least one 'Sweet Home Alabama' or 'Old Time Rock & Roll'? People are like, 'Beyoncé's hot. Got a nice fucking ass.' I'm like, 'Cool, I like skinny white chicks with big tits.' Doesn't really fucking do much for me."

Aside from the blatant misogyny and discrediting a 22-time Grammy Award winner (Rock has been nominated five times but never won), Rock's comments just grated Beyoncé's diehard fans.

And it hasn't stopped since.

Fans are STILL swarming Rock's Instagram comments, scrolling through any of his recent pics it's a minefield of bees and insults to the 47-year-old.

So that should teach you all a lesson. Keep Beyoncé's name faaaaaar from your next interview unless you're about to talk about how Lemonade deserved an Oscar. TWO Oscars if you want to play it safe.
