Demi Lovato's Alleged Drug Dealer Speaks Out: "She Knew The Risks"
Brandon Johnson spoke to TMZ about the night the star apparently overdosed.
Brandon Johnson today spoke to the website’s photographers, revealing that the singer texted him at 4 am on the night she OD'd, asking him to come over. They apparently later freebased pills together at her Hollywood Hills mansion.
While Johnson seemed to insinuate that the pair had done drugs several times together as well as had a sexual relationship, sources have strongly denied that there was anything of a sexual nature going on between the Sober songstress and the dealer.
Johnson put forward more disturbing details, revealing that Demi “knew [the pills] were not pharmaceuticals, but much stronger” -- however, he denies knowing that the drugs -- which he purchased from Mexico -- were laced with anything else.
He also said he left at around 7 or 8 am on July 24, and that Demi was sleeping. However, the star's assistant later found her at 11:30 am and called paramedics, where she had to be revived using Narcan.
There have been suggestions that the Oxycodone pills the 26-year-old smoked could have potentially been laced with fentanyl -- the very same drug that was responsible for the deaths of both Prince and Tom Petty.
Demi is currently recovering at a rehab facility out of state.
Johnson has previously been arrested twice for drug-related offences -- once in March after police discovered his stash of guns, drugs and cash, and last June after being charged with DUI and possession of cocaine.
